Hippo Day?
This year has already been busy, frustrating, exciting, and terrifying, and we are only a month and a half into 2019! I can't wait to see what else this year holds!
You haven't heard from me in quite a while . . . well . . . you haven't heard from me at all this year, but it's time to get things back on track. What better way to start than with Doofy?
Did you know that yesterday was Hippo Day? Yeah, I didn't either until I came across a pin on Pinterest about it. I admit it sounds a little crazy but fun. Since Doofy's popularity, I find myself noticing hippo related things more and more, and there is a lot out there. I never realized how much people love hippos.
It's curious. Everyone has all these pictures and items with cute as a button hippos. Doofy is cute as a button too, even if I do say so myself. In reality, though, hippos can be very violent animals. They are viscously territorial. The last thing you want to do is get too close to a hippo, or maybe it's the last thing you'll do.
So, where did the fascination begin? Any ideas? Let me know what you think.
