Yarbrough House Publishing Presents Alabama Author
ELIZABETH LEE SORRELL
ABOUT the AUTHOR
Elizabeth Lee Sorrell, an Alabama native, lives her life in a sweet little Alabama town as a teacher and an author for Yarbrough House Publishing. Sorrell's creative outlet is definitely writing. Her stories have been flowing out of her since a small child. Her children's books often come with a valuable lesson for us all. Sorrell's novels, whether suspenseful, mysterious, or a fantasy, are sure to touch your heart with romance tastefully weaved throughout. With a heart for children, she has worked with babies and preschoolers, from her teens all the way through today (over twenty years). She is an award winning teacher in the Federal Head Start program. Sorrell has her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Development, her Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education, and her Master's in Early Childhood Education.

When not teaching, or leading as the Nursery Coordinator of her church, she is with her family and dear friends, probably reading or writing a book. She loves to spend time with her nieces. Elizabeth is a Christian. She cheers for the Auburn University Tigers, and the MLB Atlanta Braves. As a big baseball fan, she has, more than once, written stories in the world of MLB, and watches as many games as she is able. Stay tuned for one of those "baseball books" to be published... perhaps soon!

She enjoys pairing up with Sandra JS Coleman for her covers, layout, and illustrations. Sandra, Elizabeth's sister, is a graphic designer and an artist/illustrator. Learn more about her over at SorrellColeman.com.
